FREE Weighted Walk Club

Join Kristin on select mornings (weather permitting) for our new “Weighted Walk Club” – a fun, low-pressure way to build strength, boost energy, and connect with others between yoga classes. After yoga, we’ll head out for a 30-minute group walk (BYO weighted vest optional!). Group will meet at the studio and head out the backdoor so we can leave our personal belongings without distracting the in-studio class.

Whether you’re looking to level up your routine or just enjoy some movement and conversation, this is for you. All are welcome – no commitment, no pressure, just community and fresh air.
