At Iris Yoga, we believe in a yoga practice through any stage of life, especially pregnancy and postpartum. We have designed these offerings to work 1:1 to empower you to safely modify in a regular class as during pregnancy and after giving birth.

Our classes are designed to support your body and nervous system through pregnancy and postpartum.

Prenatal

Our prenatal package is designed for women’s at any stage of pregnancy and can help you feel comfortable modifying in more traditional yoga classes. You will be matched with one of our certified prenatal instructors who will safely guide you through your session. Learn modified yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that can strengthen you mentally, physically and emotionally for the birth of your baby.

Postnatal

Are you looking to return to exercise after baby but not sure where to start? Our postnatal package is designed to support your postpartum body and mind. You will work one on one with a certified instructor who has experience in pre and post natal modifications. Learn yoga poses that focus on core and pelvic floor support along with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Benefit from this 1:1 custom designed program to meet your personal needs as you return to a more regular practice.

Support Beyond the Mat

Our classes don’t just move your body—they support nervous system regulation, mindful awareness, and community connection. These sessions will empower you to feel good in your body and be able to safely modify in traditional classes.

At the end of your three sessions, your instructor will recommend studio classes to help you continue on your journey.

$299 includes 2 60-minute private sessions with a prenatal certified yoga instructor (flexible schedule available) and 21-days of unlimited studio classes
