Expand Your Practice: Crow Pose

Focus on finding liftoff in your Crow Pose. Megan will teach you different techniques for transitioning into and mastering this key pose. She will begin with warm up postures and drills to train your body for arm balancing. No Crow Pose experience necessary! Megan will teach variations and modifications to make the pose feel less challenging.
