Join 21-Day Mindful with Taryn Lagonigro, yogi, meditation practitioner and author of Ups, Downs and Silver Linings from April 23rd -May 7th to start, develop or recommit to a meditation practice. Program will kick off with a virtual Meditation 101 session and bedtime meditation on April 23rd (will be recorded and distributed for those who cannot attend). Week 1 will focus on letting go, week 2 will focus on being present and week 3 will focus on manifesting for a well-rounded journey through meditation.
