Join Kristin on select mornings (weather permitting) for our new "Weighted Walk Club" - a fun, low-pressure way to build strength, boost energy, and connect with others between yoga classes. After yoga, we'll head out for a 30 minute group walk (BYO weighted vest optional!). Group will meet at the studio and head out the backdoor so we can leave our personal belongings without distracting the in studio class.
