Getting ready for the upcoming 5-mile race that starts right outside our door? Join us for a few weeks of free group training sessions led by our resident runner, Angie. A fitness and yoga instructor—and avid marathoner—Angie will guide runners of all levels through a supportive, approachable training series designed to help you feel confident on race day. Tom Fleming Sunset Classic will be Thursday, June 25th at 7:30pm.
Each run begins with a runner-friendly stretch before heading out together. We’ll start gently with a mix of walking and running, gradually building endurance over the weeks. By the final session, we’ll practice the full race course so you know exactly what to expect.
Angie will share helpful tips, pacing strategies, and technique cues along the way, and the group will always stay together—no one gets left behind.
