Iris Mind + Body has adopted the following privacy policy for the benefit of our patrons. This policy explains our online information practices and the choices available to you for controlling how information about you is used. Please note that Iris Mind + Body is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of Web sites to which it may link, or may be linked.

Photo Usage
Iris Mind + Body has made every effort to obtain permission to use images of event participants in all imagery on the website and on our social media. By signing our waiver, you are also giving us consent to use photography take at events and classes. If a photo has been used without permission and you would prefer it not to be used, please email us at irismindandbody@gmail.com and we will be happy to remove your photo. Note: We never use photos of minors without additional consent.

Your Information
When you sing up for an account at Iris Mind + Body, or make a purchase online or in-person, you are asked to provide the following information: your first and last name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, and credit card payment information. This information is required to complete the billing process and establish your account at Iris. Iris may contact you regarding purchase information or to inform you of major changes in its services or policies. In addition, if you indicate on the billing form that you are interested in receiving further information from Iris, we may occasionally send you direct mail via electronic mail and/or postal mail about Iris sales and special events, information about our programs and other services that we feel may be of interest to you.

No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information gathered on the Iris Mind + Body site will not be released to third parties. Upon request, Iris will (1) remove your personal information from our database; (2) correct personal information that is erroneous; (3) permit you to unsubscribe from further electronic mail or postal mail contact. You may edit your personal information yourself an unsubscribe from further contact through your MindBody Online account.
