Join Kristin as she brings a non-intimidating introduction to the fundamentals of yoga! Over the course of 2 weeks you will be guided with clear, concise direction and support into poses. Yogis can expect a gradual systematic approach to yoga poses, variations, movements, and breathing. Class will be held workshop-style allowing for questions and dialogue. The goal of this series is to have you feel comfortable to walk into any yoga studio or class knowing what your body is capable of and confidently experiencing a class.
