Backbends do not come easy to everyone and for a lot of people, a deep backbend might NEVER happen. However, Megan will lead you through the prep poses to warm up the back give your body some extra access. She will help lengthen the side body, stretch the hip flexors, and bring mobility to the shoulders. Megan's tips and drills are always a fun way to introduce new shapes and movement to your practice.
